Travel With Me!

I have traveled a lot during my life. I am big into camping and cross country road trips. Here I am going to highlight some of my favorite places I have travelled in my life and what made those places so special for me.

Oregon

My brother lives about 30 minutes away from Portland, so when I visit that is the closest major city to hang out it. There is a fun and intimate culture there that I think is unique to Portland. The natural beauty of the PNW never fails to take my breath away. One of my favorite spots in Portland is The Pie Spot, a little hole in the wall pie shop that makes the best pies I have ever had.

Washington

I think the entire PNW is one of my favorite places in the US, but specifically Washington holds a special place in my heart. I try to go to Washington as much as possible and I plan on moving to Washinton after graduation. Mount Rainer is one of my favorite hiking spots, and the fact that you can see it from some parts of Seattle is mind blowing to me. There is this park in Seattle called Gas Works Park that I love to just go and hang out. It is kind of like Seattle's version of Zilker park in Austin. It has a really rich history and it is on the edge of lake union with the best view of the city.
